SRC Tool Services Returns and Refunds Policy

The following Returns and Refunds Policy covers both purchases made in store and online at www.SRCToolServices.com. For purchases made in store, the policy is in effect from the date of purchase. For purchases made online at www.SRCToolServices.com, the policy is in effect from the date the product is delivered.

In order to qualify for a refund the receipt of purchased item must accompany the returned item.

Electric Power Tools Refund Policy:
All electrically powered tools come with a 30 day guarantee. If upon return it is determined that the product is non-operationally or mechanically defective without evidence of tampering a full refund of the purchased price will be refunded. If the product is found to not be defective, is considered to have been abused or misused, or you are returning the product for any other reason other than an operational or mechanical defect, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Pneumatic Tools Refund Policy:
All pneumatic tools come with a 30 day guarantee. If upon return it is determined that the product is non-operationally or mechanically defective without evidence of tampering a full refund of the purchased price will be refunded. If the product is found to not be defective, is considered to have been abused or misused, or you are returning the product for any other reason other than an operational or mechanical defect, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Gas Powered Equipment Refund Policy:
Products Containing Hazardous Materials can only be returned directly in the store. Due to safety hazards, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item was drained of these materials. This would include items such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers and any other items that use flammable liquids or gases. All Gas Powered Equipment come with a 30 day guarantee. If upon return it is determined that the product is non-operationally or mechanically defective without evidence of tampering a full refund of the purchased price will be refunded. If the product is found to not be defective, is considered to have been abused or misused, or you are returning the product for any other reason other than an operational or mechanical defect, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Other Products Refund Policy:
The majority of All other products also come with a 30 day guarantee unless otherwise noted in the items description. If upon return it is determined that the product is non-operationally or mechanically defective without evidence of tampering a full refund of the purchased price will be refunded. If the product is found to not be defective, is considered to have been abused or misused, or you are returning the product for any other reason other than an operational or mechanical defect, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Shipping Charges Refund Policy:
Shipping charges are not refundable.
